Newsletter / Kili – GATERS Community E-Mail campaigns

To send out E-Mail campaigns (“newsletter”), KiliGATE uses the newsletter service MailChimp. MailChimp is provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404 Atlanta, GA 30318. The Rocket Science Group has signed the Save Harbor Agreement and is therefore bound to the so-called Safe Harbor Principles (principles that enable European organizations to legally share individual-related data with organizations in the U.S.). For details on Safe Harbor refer to http://export.gov/safeharbor/.

If you have registered for our “Kili – GATERS Community” newsletter, your E-Mail address will be stored with MailChimp. Besides that, no additional personal data is stored/transferred. MailChimp will not pass this personal data to any third party but if there exists a valid judicial claim. For detailed information on privacy in the context of MailChimp refer to http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.

MailChimp enables KiliGATE to analyze newsletter campaigns. The analysis does not refer to individuals, but only to campaigns on the whole. So KiliGATE can, for example, analyze how much recipients have opened a newsletter or how much recipients have clicked on certain links within a newsletter. The results of the analysis will only be used to optimize future newsletter campaigns. Further, MailChimp provides KiliGATE with the possibility to integrate Google Analytics in newsletters. The same provisions as detailed in “Privacy Statement for Testify – Collection, Use and Sharing of Personal Information” apply.

Users who wish to no longer receive our newsletter may click on a link named “Unsubscribe” which is embedded with every email sent by KiliGATE or send an email with “unsubscribe” in the subject line to community@kiligate.com in order to not receive future E-Mails.
