Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project
KPAP is a Tanzanian non-profit organization with the mission to improve the working conditions of the porters on Kilimanjaro. They are the only organization that monitors porter treatment practices. We are proud to be the only booking platform endorsed by KPAP.
International Mountain Explorers Connection
IMEC is a non-profit organization that was created to promote responsible and sustainable connections between travellers and the people of developing mountain regions of the world. It is focusing its efforts on Kilimanjaro through KPAP, its local initiative.
Responsible Tourism Tanzania
Responsible Tourism Tanzania (RTTZ) is a non-profit organization that encourages and promotes a more sustainable tourism industry within Tanzania. RTTZ believes that the best in Tanzanian tourism is yet to come. KiliGATE is a member of RTTZ.
